Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026
This policy explains what personal information Khaldora collects when you visit khaldora.com or any page we operate on its subdomains, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Khaldora ("Khaldora", "we", "us") is an independent digital marketing operation. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), Khaldora is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at khaldora@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and whatever else you choose to include in your message. If a page we operate contains a form, we receive the information you submit through it.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our pages, our hosting provider and any analytics or advertising technology in use may record:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it (typically city or region level);
- browser type, operating system, device type and screen size;
- the pages you viewed, the time and duration of your visit, and the links you clicked;
- the referring URL, and any campaign parameters in the address you arrived through.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of data — such as health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or biometric data — and we ask that you do not send us any.
3. How we use information
- To operate, secure and maintain our pages;
- to reply to messages you send us;
- to measure how our pages and marketing campaigns perform;
- to deliver, target, limit the frequency of, and measure advertising;
- to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and invalid traffic;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
4. Legal bases for processing (GDPR / LGPD)
- Consent — for non-essential cookies and similar technologies, including advertising and analytics, where consent is required. You may withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interests — to keep our pages secure, to prevent fraud, and to understand aggregate performance, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data to comply with applicable law.
5. Advertising, analytics and third parties
We use third-party platforms to run and measure marketing campaigns. Depending on the page you visit, these may include advertising and analytics services operated by companies such as Meta Platforms, Google, Microsoft and TikTok, as well as affiliate networks and the merchants whose products we promote. These providers may set their own cookies or use similar identifiers and may process your data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
When you click a link on our pages that leads to a third-party site, that site's privacy policy governs from that point on. See our Affiliate Disclosure for how those links work.
6. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with:
- service providers that host our pages, deliver email, or provide analytics and advertising technology, acting on our instructions;
- advertising and affiliate partners, as described in section 5;
- authorities, where disclosure is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Note that under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CPRA), the use of advertising cookies to deliver cross-context behavioural advertising may be treated as "sharing" personal information. You may opt out as described in section 8 and in our Cookie Policy.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Email correspondence is generally retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the settings and default periods of the platform concerned.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you, and obtain a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected, or incomplete data completed;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to processing, including objecting to direct marketing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and of targeted advertising (California and other US state laws);
- not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of them, email khaldora@gmail.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law — one month under the GDPR, 45 days under the CCPA/CPRA. We may need to verify your identity before acting. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; in Brazil, with the ANPD.
9. International transfers
We operate internationally and our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and countries in the European Union. Where data leaves the EEA, the UK or Brazil, transfers rely on the safeguards offered by the provider concerned, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
10. Children
Our pages are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, or under 13 where local law sets that threshold. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
Our pages are served over HTTPS and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be signalled by that date changing. Your continued use of our pages after an update means you accept the revised policy.
